Meet the Rising Stars of 2019
From October 24 to 27 2019, women engineers from all over the world came together for the Rising Stars, Women in Engineering Workshop, organized by six of Asia’s top universities: the National University of Singapore, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, National Taiwan University, University of Tokyo, and this year’s host, Seoul National University.

Opening Ceremony Held for Global Residence Halls
On September 9, SNU held an opening ceremony for the newly built Global Residence Halls. Approved by the SNU Office of Academic Affairs in 2013, construction of the facilities began in 2016 and was completed in July of 2019.
