Capacity Building in North Korea (SNU Institute for Peace and Unification Studies)

The SNU Institute for Peace and Unification Studies is holding a joint conference with the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Korea to discuss the efforts of capacity building for North Korea up to date and the effects of capacity building on the North Korean economy and society.
