<2025 Literary Creative Writing Workshop – Call for Participants>
This workshop brings together writers from both South and North Korea and the general public to foster a shared understanding of unification and peace, while exploring the role of literature in these themes. Writers who have previously contributed to joint publications—either by South and North Korean authors or by North Korean defector writers—will participate as lead instructors, guest lecturers, and book talk speakers. They will share their literary experiences, creative methodologies, and values on topics such as freedom, human rights, peace, and unification.
* All lectures are free of charge and open to anyone interested in literature or creative writing. Participants who attend at least 4 out of the 6 sessions will receive: A certificate of completion, A complimentary copy of the participants’ joint literary collection (not for sale), Refreshments
○Eligibility: Open to anyone interested in literature or creative writing
○Dates: Saturdays, July 26 – August 30, 2025 (3:00–6:00 PM weekly)
○Venue: Rooms 101 & 102, Building 1, College of Humanities, Seoul National University
