Greetings,
We are pleased to announce the Carbon Neutral Policy and Strategy Idea Contest Utilizing Carbon Data, hosted by the Climate Tech Center at Seoul National University.
Seoul, where multiple layers of emission and absorption sources coexist, is gaining attention as a global experimental ground for climate transition strategies with the potential to achieve net zero.
This contest will provide participants with access to district-level carbon emission and absorption data for Seoul from 2020 to 2022.
Participants are invited to develop creative carbon neutrality strategies and implementation ideas that reflect the characteristics of each district.
By combining data analysis with policy imagination, the contest seeks to identify locally tailored carbon-neutral strategies suited to the complexities of urban environments and explore new solutions to the climate crisis.
