This week’s speaker for the SNU Data Science Seminar is Dr. Jonggyu Park, a researcher at Meta working on large language model inference.

In this talk, Dr. Park will introduce the concept of AI Systems Co-Design, an approach that aims to overcome performance bottlenecks in large-scale AI systems through the co-design of models, hardware, and software.

Dr. Park received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Seoul National University, and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan. He previously worked on Edge TPU at Google, and is currently conducting research on large language models at Meta.
