1. Seoul National University Recruitment Briefing Session Pre-registration

  A recruitment consultation session will also be held in the lobby on the 2nd floor of Building 34 (10:00 - 17:00).

A. General Track

• Design: Basic Design, Outfitting Design (Mechanical/Electrical/Process/Safety), Integrated/Structural Design (Hull/Marine)
• Production Management: Production Management/Planning, Production Engineering, Process Control, Test Operation, Quality Management, Environment & Safety, Public Affairs
• Business Management: Project Management
• Corporate Support: Sales, Procurement, HR

B. Global Challenger Track

• Design: Basic Design, Outfitting Design (Mechanical/Electrical/Process/Safety), Integrated/Structural Design (Hull/Marine)

3. Recruitment Process

A. General Track

• A standard hiring process for bachelor's degree holders or expected graduates from four-year universities.
• After completing an internship, a final interview will determine whether the candidate transitions to a full-time position.

B. Global Challenger Track

• This track is for roles requiring global competency (English).
  Final interviews are waived for the Global Challenger track during the internship selection process.

4. Eligibility Requirements

A. Common Requirements

• Graduates or those expected to graduate by August 2025
  (Candidates must be available for an internship starting in June 2025)
• No restrictions on overseas travel

B. Additional Requirements for Global Challenger Track

• Must be able to communicate in Korean for work and meet at least one of the following criteria:
  ① Bachelor's degree (or expected) from an English-speaking overseas university
  ② Bachelor's degree (or expected) from a domestic university with special admission for overseas Koreans (English-speaking countries)
  ③ Bachelor's degree (or expected) with experience as a military interpreter (English)
  ④ At least 5 years of residence/education experience in an English-speaking country (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Graduates or expected graduates by August 2025
  (Candidates must be available for an internship starting in June 2025)
• No restrictions on overseas travel
