The College of Music at Seoul National University invites you to the first Tuesday Concert of 2025, featuring world-renowned pianist Olga Pashchenko, who will take you on a profound musical journey.
Having performed at prestigious festivals and venues worldwide, she has been praised for her "exceptional musicianship and imaginative performances." She is widely recognized for her vast repertoire that transcends periods and styles. Her debut album, Transitions (2013), received the highest rating (ffff) from the French music magazine Télérama, creating a significant impact. Since then, she has further developed her distinct musical identity through albums focusing on Beethoven and Mendelssohn.
In this recital, she will present a diverse and emotionally rich program, ranging from Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata to lyrical piano pieces by Felix and Fanny Mendelssohn. This concert will be a remarkable experience, showcasing Beethoven’s musical innovation, the delicate sensitivity of Mendelssohn, and Pashchenko’s vibrant and intricate expressions.
