Research Institute Establishment Procedure
Submit a draft of the research institute establishment plan including establishment objective, necessity, organizational chart, and detailed business plan to the Office of Research Affairs through the hosting college.
Required documents: Research center establishment plan (draft), research center regulations (draft), research center evaluation criteria, and grading sheet
Work-flow Procedures
Submit research center establishment: Submit research center establishment plan (draft) to the Office of Research Affairs after being evaluated by the host college (school) → Research Center Establishment Review Committee → Research Center Committee → Legal advice from the Legal Research Center and reception opinion of other related institutes → Steering Committee for Academic Affairs → Regulation Deliberation Committee → University Committee on Academic Affairs → University Senate → Publish regulations
