Comprised of 11 members appointed by the university president including the head of Office of Research Affairs, and head of Office of Educational Affairs
Committee chairman to be mutually elected among committee members

Perform inquiry or investigation
Approve the investigation results of the investigation committee
Process re-deliberation requests
Various measures to prevent research misconduct within the university
